How does the ordering process work?
When placing an order that requires Shipping, Insurance & Sample Collection (non-local orders, outside of the State of Colorado). I will follow-up with you directly for the additional fees associated with this (see more below). This will allow me to review your order to ensure that it can be successfully completed. Due to the handcrafting & need for collecting Cremation Remain samples, the step-by-step process is more involved than typical online ordering.
I will contact you to confirm your order and go over any additional information, as well as answer any questions you may have.
A one-time Shipping, Insurance & Sample Collection fee of will be applied to your order if ordering outside of the State of Colorado. This includes:
- Cremation Remains Collection Container & Return Packaging/Label
- High-Density Packing Foam
- Hardshell Protective Casing
- Insurance Coverage for the entirety of your Order
- Guaranteed Repair/Replacement of any items damaged in transit
- This amount will vary depending on the size of the order & location distance but will generally be less than $75.
When your order is placed, a collection container will be sent to you along with a return label.
Once received, I will begin the process of crafting the pieces based on your specifications. Depending on the size of the order, the time of completion can vary (1-2 weeks on average) - but my goal is to fulfill your order as quickly as I am able, without sacrificing quality of work.
How do I ship cremated remains?
A secure collection container will be provided, along with clear instructions to ensure proper handling. Because cremated remains can be misidentified during transit, correct packaging and labeling are essential for safe and compliant shipping.
